I’ve been pretty keen on juicing these days. It’s all kinds of wonderful! By incorporating juices into your diet it can provide a healthy dose of vitamins, minerals, and phytonutrients (beta carotene, lycopene, and chlorophyll). It’s a great boost to your morning or for a mid afternoon pick me upper (move over coffee, hello juice!). No wonder it’s all the rage! Whether you juice to rejuvenate, feel lighter, or hydrate, this summer is a perfect time to start.

Honey Lime Melon Juice!

Nature’s candy!

Beat the heat with this hydrating summer cooler! Supercharged with Vitamin C and antioxidants (lycopene). Delicious and tastes like candy!

3 Servings, about 24 ounces

Ingredients

1/4 cantaloupe

1/4 honeydew

1/4 watermelon

1 lime, with the skin

 

Carrot Apple Ginger Juice!

Put a little pep into your step!

It’s great for a boost in the morning. Zingy ginger will get you moving and grooving! High in antioxidant carotenoid that your body can convert into Vitamin A.

One Serving, about 8 ounces

Ingredients

5 carrots

1 apple

1/2 inch knob of ginger root

Cleansing tonic!

Get your greens in with this sweet and tarty tonic. A rich source of phytonutrients (chlorophyll) that oxygenates and detoxifies the blood.A great way to add stamina to your day!
